| Sonance Virtuoso DR Series in-ceiling speakers deliver outstanding sonic performance in any application: home theater, stereo music, or distributed audio. 8-inch woofers deliver extremely powerful bass, and the fully-pivoting design increases placement options by directing sound at the listeners. Specifications Construction: Designed with separate baffle with driver components from mounting mechanism (flange) for custom installation flexibility. Graphite reinforced ABS (GRABS) woofer basket reduces resonances. Feature: New FastMount tabs hold speaker in place during installation allowing for easier install. Tweeter: 1" (25mm) pivoting berryllium dome, ferrofluid cooled Midrange: 4" (102mm) pivoting berryllium cone with rubber surround. Woofer: 8" (203mm) pivoting berryllium cone with rubber surround.
