Their low profile and exceptional sound quality make them ideal for permanent installation in professional PA systems or for road use in live performances. Inputs are XLR/TRS "Combo" connectors, and outputs are via rugged five-way binding posts or Speakon connectors. Multiple amplifiers may be linked together via XLR connectors on each input. All units have soft-start protection circuitry and feature signal protection and clip indicators on the front panel. For added versatility, they may be operated in stereo, dual mono or bridged mono mode. Variable-speed fans provide low-noise ventilation.
