CasaTunes XLe, the big brother of the XLi, gives you the capability to distribute the music on your PC throughout your home to up to 12 rooms. The XLe is expandable by adding 3 additional XLe Expansion Boxes, controlling up to 48 rooms.

Included is an advanced DVD-audio quality XLe Card, a separate expansion box with a built in matrix switch that has the capability to output music in 12 rooms and our CasaTunes Software. To complete the installation add two multi-channel amplifiers, like our CasaTunes XLa 30W multi-channel amplifier, and speakers of your choice.

With CasaTunes XLe you can listen to as many as nine different sources of music. The card controls five separate internal sources and four external sources.

Each internal source is able to play back music from your iTunes Plus collection, music stored on your Microsoft Windows Media Center PC, Windows PC or any networked storage device, as well as music from an iPod, iPhone, iTouch, SHOUTcastT and Internet radio. CasaTunes will even allow you to distribute music from any PC in the house connected via the LAN. The external sources typically come from an AM/FM tuner, XM or Sirius satellite radio or other external music source.

CasaTunes XLe includes a 1U height rack mountable XLe chassis that supports up to twelve rooms. For larger homes, CasaTunes XLe can grow to meet the most demanding needs of your customers.

Complementing its scalability are CasaTunes XLe advanced features, including support for controlling access to shared speakers in a Home Theater, doorbell and whole house paging integration, and IR control of external sources.

TRIGGER INPUTS/OUTPUTS:
- 1 Mute/page trigger input per system. Can be programmed to mute any combination of stereo outputs or connect any input to any combination of stereo outputs for paging. 12V signal activated.
- 1 12V trigger output for each of the first three stereo outputs in each box. Trigger is activated when the stereo output is turned on.
- 1 12V trigger output per each six zones. The first trigger is activated when any of the first 6 stereo outputs are active and the second trigger is activated when any of the second 6 stereo outputs are active.
