| Hub for the CasaTunes Keypads. Each USB6 interfaces up to six Keypads. The USB6 connects to the CasaTunes server PC via a USB port and connects to the Keypads via CAT5, CAT5e or CAT 6 (or better) cable. The USB6 mounts to a single gang electrical box or low voltage ring. The CAT5 cables from the Keypads are routed through the wall and connect to the USB6's RJ45 connectors inside the wall. FEATURES: - One USB6 interfaces up to six keypads to one USB port on the CasaTunes Server computer. - Almond faceplate. - For more keypads simply plug in more USB6 Hubs. - Mounts in the wall in a single gang electrical box or low voltage frame. - The RJ45 connectors at the end of the Cat5, Cat5e or Cat6 cables coming from the keypads plug into the back of the USB6 and are hidden in the wall when the USB6 is mounted. SPECIFICATIONS: - Computer interface: USB - Keypad interface: Six standard RJ45 connectors, one per keypad - Power: Power is supplied by the USB port. Typical current draw when all keypads are active is less than 200ma. - Control: Smart, with a microcontroller that controls communications between the computer and the keypads, diagnostics and update functions.
